The tip for this week is not to be afraid to move forward, a great thought to ponder on is, “What would you do if you were not afraid?”  Really Think About it…. you can now do anything.

MONDAY

Start with a brisk 5 minute warm up walk. Then run for a total of 5km. Finish up with a 5 minute cool down walk.
